In the Arizona foster care system today, more than one third have Latino heritage. AASK realizes there is a vital need for more loving foster families to care for them in a way that supports that heritage. The Todos Los Niños foster care program gives Latino families the opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of Latino children who have come into the state's care.

Kinship Foster Care

Every year in Maricopa County, thousands of grandparents, aunts and uncles, older siblings and family friends assume the role of parent for children whose birth parents are unable to care for them. For these children, the opportunity to stay with a loving adult they already know and trust provides much needed stability and comfort during very difficult times.
